Barts and The London Alumni Association provides an active link between the present day activities of Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry and its former students.
Today there are some 11,200 Barts and The London alumni who remain in contact with their alma mater.
Barts and The London Alumni Association or BATLAA for short, provides an active link between the present day activities of Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry and its former students.
Members receive free-of-charge the twice-yearly Barts and The London Chronicle, invitations to events of a medical/dental nature and more general interest in the UK and overseas. In addition, there are annual one and two-day medical and dental clinical meetings which receive PGEA/CPD approval.
An important focus for the Association is to build a Benevolent Fund to support present and future medical and dental students with bursaries and hardship grants.
BATLAA members are part of the larger Queen Mary alumni family and receive all the benefits of the wider organisation.
