Linkage studies in Tourette syndrome

With Hugh Gurling and Mary Robertson at UCL, I have been studying a single large pedigree containing multiple subjects affected with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, apparently reflecting the effect of a single gene. We have recently published the results of a genome screen using linkage analysis. This and previous papers can be viewed on my publications page.
