Open days (Medicine and Dentistry)
The best way to get a feel for the School and answer any remaining questions you have is to come and visit us.
We run open days for both Medicine and Dentistry in the summer term where potential students can see our campuses, hear about our programmes and teaching methods and talk with current students and staff.
Reserve your place
Unfortunately, Barts and the London are unable to run any Open Days this summer 2012 due to the heavy levels of building work going on around the hospital. This causes access issues with a large number of people visiting the campus, and due to safety requirements we are unable to run these events.
There will be talks on Medicine and Dentistry at the Queen Mary Open Days; as well as the opportunity to speak to Admissions staff and current students. We suggest you book onto these via http://www.qmul.ac.uk/undergraduate/openday/index.html
The School of Medicine and Dentistry participates in the Queen Mary main Open days held in June and September.
The days include a range of events, lectures, talks and demonstrations. There will be stands for all subjects, staffed by lecturers and students who will tell you whatever you want to know about our courses.
Self guided tours of the Whitechapel campus
The Medical and Dental open days are very popular and places get booked up quickly. For those applicants not able to secure a place on the School of Medicine and Dentistry open days, you can conduct a self guided tour of the Whitechapel campus, using the tour guide and map below.
